1. Failed Transfers & Debits
If a transaction fails but your account is debited, please contact us immediately.
- We will escalate the issue to our financial partner or bank for investigation.
- If the funds were not received, we will either request a reversal or provide you with the necessary transaction details to support a claim with your bank.
Please note that reversals depend on bank processing times, and your patience is appreciated.
2. Overpayments
If you accidentally overpay, email us promptly with proof of payment and your transaction details.
- Once verified, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a confirmed account provided by you.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please include the following in your message:
- Full Name
- Transaction Reference or Order ID
- Amount Paid
- Date and Time of Transaction
- Brief Description of the Issue
4. Conditions for Refunds
- Only valid and verified transactions are eligible.
- Refunds are not available for completed deliveries or user mistakes, unless approved after review.
